Terms of Service

SiliCode generates, tests, and reports on hardware description language (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL) from specifications you provide. Output is a draft to review. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking any generated design into a real project.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use an email address you control. Verification (or a verified SSO identity) is required before the account can run work.
• Do not share your account. There is no multi-user workspace on a single login.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including spend against your wallet and subscription.

Generated RTL, testbenches, diagnoses, and optimization proposals are provided "as is". Simulation pass, synthesis estimates, and equivalence checks are tools, not a warranty that the design is correct, complete, or fit for a particular FPGA or ASIC. You must not rely on SiliCode as the sole verification of a design that will ship in hardware.

You retain ownership of specifications, uploaded source, and other content you submit. You also own the generated output of your runs. You grant SiliCode a licence to store, process, and transmit that material as needed to provide the service (including sending it to model and tool providers as described in Data processing). We do not claim ownership of your designs.

• Attempting to access another customer’s projects, chats, or billing data.
• Abusing signup, OTP, or support to exhaust mail quota or staff time.
• Using the service to generate or probe exploits, malware, or attacks against systems you do not own.
• Reselling raw model access, scraping the product, or circumventing billing.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to process.

We aim to keep the product available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Agent runs have turn and budget ceilings; a run stopped by its own ceiling is a partial result, not a crash, and is billed for the work performed.

Payment on this instance is in USD via Stripe. An active paid plan’s monthly run allowance is used first, then any bonus runs, then the USD credit wallet. Overage on a paid plan is charged from the wallet at the catalog overage price. The Checkout success page is not entitlement; Stripe’s webhook is. You can manage a Stripe subscription from the billing portal.

Free-tier welcome credit is metered at our cost. You can see charges on the billing page. Deleting a chat does not reverse a settled run charge.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiliCode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or hardware, arising from use of the service or from generated output. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including a denied waitlist decision, unpaid abuse of the platform, or a security risk. Remaining wallet credit is not a cash balance we refund except where the payment provider or applicable law requires it.
